DSN Products, Inc. Shipping Policy:

If items are not in stock, we will ship out orders in approximately 3-5 business days. For expedited shipping, there will be additional fees. Please contact us for more information.

 

DSN Products, Inc. RMA POLICY


For an RMA to be valid, it must have been assigned a valid DSN Products, Inc. Return Merchandise Authorization number (No Exceptions).


If your package or product arrives damaged, we must receive notification within 7 days of receipt of the box. Please report any damage immediately to support@dsnproducts.com or call 1-561-757-5744. Kindly send any pictures and a detailed description to expedite your request. Please retain all packaging, packaging materials, contents of the box, and the original airbill.


Merchandise returned to DSN Products, Inc. within 20 days of the customer's (or their end users) receipt of merchandise (No Exceptions). Authorized returns on Special Order items must be returned within 10 days.


All requests for RMA’s should have a reasonably detailed explanation of what is wrong with the part sent. DOA is not sufficient. This is strictly enforced, especially when no part replacement is being requested.


The standard restocking fee is 20% with a $35 minimum for 'in-stock products' returned within 20 days with manager’s approval. If an item is not in stock and is 'drop-shipped' or 'special ordered”, it may not be able to be returned, or a special restocking fee may apply with manager’s approval only.


It's imperative to note that all returned items must remain unopened, and the manufacturer's seal must remain unbroken per manufacture policy. DSN Products, Inc. retains the right to decline a return if the item has been opened or if the manufacturer's seal is broken. All returned products must be carefully packaged and in their original packaging. DSN Products, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return if the item was damaged due to inadequate packaging.


Any information given at the time of RMA being issued will be verified upon return by testing and Manager inspection.
